Cornerback

Green Bay could use some upgrades in their secondary, primarily at cornerback. They should have a fair amount of prospect available. Gareon Conley and Tre'Davious White head the list of prospects at the position.

Jourdan Lewis, and Adoree Jackson are also in play, since this deep into the first round, early 2nd round picks aren't a big reach for teams. Gareon is the best of this group, as he has gem written all over him. He would be a steal this deep into the 1st round.

Tre'Davious White would also make a solid addition this deep into the 1st round, despite having less production at LSU last seaaon. Jackson and Lewis have similar skill sets, but are a bit undersized in comparison.

EDGE pass rusher

Green Bay also needs to find an EDGE pass rusher. They need more production when pressuring opposing quarterbacks. Much like the Cowboys picking ahead of them, the Packers pick deep in the first round, so the best pass rushers could be off the board.

Takkarist McKinley and Tim Williams might still be available, and both can cover as an EDGE rusher in the 3-4 set. McKinley may not fall this deep, but his stock has dropped considerably since the combine.

Williams would be a welcomed addition to the Packers' defense. He has the skills set, and agility to get into opposing backfields, and he's fast enough to blow past opposing blockers. If Williams falls past the Cowboys, the Packers will give him some consideration.

Running Back

It's not a top need entering the draft, but Green Bay might find a gem still on the board. Christian McCaffery was the star of the combine, and his value has made him a 1st round talent. How early he will be selected is unkown, but should he still be available, the Packers should scoop him up.

McCaffery can fly downfield, and he may be the best in the draft at evading initial defensive contact. He also has good agility, he can run north and south, while maintaining speed when shifting east and west.

His strength is underrated, and he can also be utilized on passing downs. McCaffery could easily be the top running back in the draft, but his smaller frame has teams favoring Dalvin Cook, and Leonard Fournette.

If you were the GM of the Green Bay Packers, who would you pick?
